On peut aussi imaginer d\u2019y ajouter des l\u00e9gumes vari\u00e9s, je pense que je l\u2019avais fait. Assaisonner avec les \u00e9pices (on pourrait aussi imaginer de la harissa en p\u00e2te ou en poudre), bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re ou \u00e0 la main et balancer au four sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f4tir pendant 20 \u00e0 25 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les pois chiches soient croquants mais encore mous \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la cuisson, mixer la feta avec le yoghourt, l\u2019ail et le citron jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre une consistance onctueuse. Go\u00fbter et saler au besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dresser en \u00e9talant la feta au fond de l\u2019assiette puis d\u00e9poser les pois chiches par dessus.
