{"id":967,"date":"2024-01-04T14:44:53","date_gmt":"2024-01-04T13:44:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spang.ch\/cook\/?p=967"},"modified":"2024-01-04T14:45:17","modified_gmt":"2024-01-04T13:45:17","slug":"wings-chou-fleur-sesame","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spang.ch\/cook\/wings-chou-fleur-sesame\/","title":{"rendered":"Sticky wings de chou-fleur au s\u00e9same"},"content":{"rendered":"<body>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2 chou-fleur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cs huile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>P\u00e2te<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 gr farine <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tomb\u00e9e de lait (v\u00e9g\u00e9tal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cc poudre d\u2019ail ou ail frais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cc paprika fum\u00e9 et autres \u00e9pices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(optionnel: 2 cs levure nutritionnelle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>environ 30 gr panure\/chapelure ou pain sec r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sauce sticky au s\u00e9same<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cc huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u00e9chalottes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>petit bout de gingembre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cs graines de s\u00e9same toast\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cs sauce soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cs sucre (brun)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cs vinaigre de riz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cs amidon de ma\u00efs\/ma\u00efzena (dissous dans de l\u2019eau)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<p>Couper le chou-fleur en morceaux de taille moyenne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C. Pr\u00e9parer deux bols, l\u2019un avec la p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire et l\u2019autre avec la chapelure. Enrober le chou-fleur de p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire, puis de chapelure et le placer sur une grande plaque de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arroser d\u2019huile et cuire au four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C pendant 20 \u00e0 30 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le chou-fleur soit croustillant et dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la sauce sticky, faire sauter les \u00e9chalotes, l\u2019ail et le gingembre dans l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same pendant quelques minutes.
