Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis baisser sur feu moyen et pr\u00e9-cuire les l\u00e9gumes pendant 10 minutes. \u00c9goutter et transf\u00e9rer les l\u00e9gumes dans le plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me liquide avec le paprika, le sel et le poivre, puis recouvrir les l\u00e9gumes de ce m\u00e9lange. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la farine compl\u00e8te avec les flocons d\u2019avoine, le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et les noisettes. Incorporer le beurre coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s et masser du bout des doigts avec le m\u00e9lange de farine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une texture sabl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partir le crumble par-dessus les l\u00e9gumes et enfourner pendant 30 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient bien tendres et le crumble dor\u00e9 \u00e0 souhait.
