Faites de m\u00eame avec les pommes de terre grenailles (sans les \u00e9plucher). \u00c9pluchez les oignons et rincez les fenouils. Coupez l\u2019un et l\u2019autre finement.<\/li><li>Montez le gratin par couches dans un grand plat : pommes de terre dans le fond, puis oignon, carottes et fenouil. Recommencez deux fois.<\/li><li>Versez la sauce sur le tout, saupoudrez de fromage si vous le souhaitez.
