{"id":554,"date":"2021-01-03T16:38:42","date_gmt":"2021-01-03T15:38:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spang.ch\/cook\/?p=554"},"modified":"2024-01-04T13:55:47","modified_gmt":"2024-01-04T12:55:47","slug":"cupcakes-cannelle-noix-daudrey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spang.ch\/cook\/cupcakes-cannelle-noix-daudrey\/","title":{"rendered":"Cupcakes cannelle-noix d\u2019Audrey"},"content":{"rendered":"<body>\n<p><strong>Pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cupcakes :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>175\u00a0g\u00a0de farine<\/em><\/li><li><em>150\u00a0g\u00a0de beurre doux \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/em><\/li><li><em>150\u00a0g\u00a0de sucre en poudre<\/em><\/li><li><em>3\u00a0\u0153ufs<\/em><\/li><li><em>1\u00a0cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9\u00a0de levure chimique<\/em><\/li><li><em>2\u00a0cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 caf\u00e9\u00a0de cannelle<\/em><\/li><li><em>1\u00a0pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/em><\/li><li><em>1\/2\u00a0gousse de vanille<\/em><\/li><li><em>65\u00a0g\u00a0de raisins secs<\/em><\/li><li><em>65\u00a0g\u00a0de noix de p\u00e9can<\/em><\/li><li><em>b\u00e2tons de cannelle coup\u00e9s en deux pour la d\u00e9coration<\/em><\/li><li><em>2\u00a0ou 3 sp\u00e9culoos en miettes pour la d\u00e9coration<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la cr\u00e8me au beurre \u00e0 la cannelle :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>120\u00a0g\u00a0de beurre doux \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/em><\/li><li><em>500\u00a0g\u00a0de sucre glace<\/em><\/li><li><em>1\u00a0cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9\u00a0d\u2019extrait de vanille<\/em><\/li><li><em>1\u00a0cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9\u00a0de cannelle<\/em><\/li><li><em>1\u00a0cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe\u00a0de lait<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, tamisez ensemble la farine, la levure chimique, la cannelle et le sel. Dans le bol de votre robot, fouettez ensemble le beurre et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse et devienne mousseux. Ajoutez les graines de la gousse de vanille puis les \u0153ufs un par un en m\u00e9langeant bien entre chaque. Incorporez progressivement le m\u00e9lange de farine puis les raisins secs et les noix de p\u00e9can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez la p\u00e2te dans des caissettes en papier et enfournez pour 20 \u00e0 25 minutes environ. Laissez-les refroidir sur une grille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me au beurre : <\/strong>dans le bol de votre robot, fouettez le beurre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tr\u00e8s mou et cr\u00e9meux. Incorporez la moiti\u00e9 du sucre glace pr\u00e9alablement tamis\u00e9 et fouettez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bien incorpor\u00e9. Ajoutez le reste du sucre glace en fouettant \u00e0 vitesse lente. Ajoutez alors l\u2019extrait de vanille, la cannelle et enfin, progressivement, le lait. Quand tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont incorpor\u00e9s, fouettez encore 3 \u00e0 5 minutes \u00e0 vitesse rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remplissez une poche \u00e0 douille avec la cr\u00e8me au beurre puis d\u00e9corez le dessus des cupcakes.
