Peler et hacher finement la gousse d\u2019ail, l\u2019oignon. Faire revenir avec le piment, puis ajouter d\u2019abord les tiges de bettes, ensuite le vert, le thon et les noix. Cuire, par portions si n\u00e9cessaire, env. 12 min sur feu moyen en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes ne rendent plus d\u2019eau. Assaisonner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser refroidir les l\u00e9gumes, \u00e9goutter. Casser les \u0153ufs dans une terrine et les battre \u00e0 la fourchette avec le sel et le poivre, puis le parmesan et la cr\u00e8me. R\u00e9partir la moiti\u00e9 des l\u00e9gumes sur le fond de p\u00e2te, y compris les petites tomates. Parsemer avec la moiti\u00e9 des d\u00e9s de fromage. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019op\u00e9ration, verser la liaison dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson au four: env. 30 min dans la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure du four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0 C (ou moins longtemps \u00e0 220\u00b0 C), jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit bien dor\u00e9.
