Faire bouillir les patates, les couper en tranches. Emincer les oignons et couper le chou-fleur ou autres l\u00e9gumes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir les oignons, ajouter les pelati et des herbes (thym, herbes, ail, vinaigre).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin beurr\u00e9, faire une premi\u00e8re \u00e9paisseur de patates et l\u00e9gumes, la recouvrir de la moiti\u00e9 de la sauce. Craquer les oeufs sur cette \u00e9paisseur. Ajouter le reste des l\u00e9gumes pour la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9paisseur, recouvrir du reste de la sauce. R\u00e2per du fromage par-dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre \u00e0 cuire 40 min \u00e0 220\u00b0C.
