Battere in neve la parte bianca, mischiare delicatamente il tutto. Passare i biscotti nel caff\u00e8, metterli nel piatto. Aggiungere sopra del mascarpone. Di nuovo biscotti, poi mascarpone. E un\u2019ultima volta ancora. Cacao, basta\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>En fran\u00e7ais: m\u00e9langer les jaunes d\u2019oeuf, le sucre, puis le mascarpone. Battre les blancs en neige, m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement au tout. Passer les biscuits dans le caf\u00e9 (assez rapidement, ils ne doivent \u00eatre ni trop mouill\u00e9s, ni trop peu), les arranger dans le plat. Ajouter du mascarpone par-dessus. Faire un autre \u00e9tage de biscuits, puis de mascarpone. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter une troisi\u00e8me fois (optionnel selon plat et quantit\u00e9s \u00e0 disposition).
