Couper le tout en d\u00e9s et le mettre dans un grand saladier. Pour la sauce, saler, poivrer, verser de l\u2019huile d\u2019olives et du vinaigre, un peu de moutarde, pas mal de mayonnaise \u2013 commencer avec peu puis adapter. M\u00e9langer, go\u00fbter, adapter la sauce.
