Salez.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la pur\u00e9e de piment petit \u00e0 petit, en go\u00fbtant au fur et \u00e0 mesure.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez mijoter environ 20 minutes, en v\u00e9rifiant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la cuisson (avec un couvercle pour retenir l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et mieux cuire car \u00e7a utilise moins d\u2019eau). Rajoutez 1\/2 verre d\u2019eau si n\u00e9cessaire : les lentilles doivent former une pur\u00e9e cr\u00e9meuse, sans \u00eatre croquantes.<\/p>\n<p>Servez chaud sur des bols de riz basmati, parsemez de noix de cajou ou de s\u00e9same et de gros sel.
