Les sortir de la po\u00eale et les couper en d\u00e9s. M\u00e9langer des anchois, de l\u2019ail, des c\u00e2pres, du poivre et de l\u2019origan. Les faire un peu revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale, puis ajouter les aubergines. Ajouter des tomates (ou un peu d\u2019aubergines mix\u00e9es avec du bouillon, mais pas trop). R\u00e9chauffer le tout, c\u2019est pr\u00eat!<\/p>\n<p>En option: ajouter de la b\u00e9chamel pour les lasagnes, ou du piment pour la puissance.
