Laisser mac\u00e9rer environ 1h pour faire une huile d\u2019ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Rincer les aubergines, les essuyer, couper le p\u00e9doncule et les couper en deux dans le sens de la longueur. Les quadriller avec un couteau \u00e0 bout rond (qui \u00e9vite de percer le fond): cela fait rendre l\u2019eau + confire en profondeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer les demies aubergines sur une plaque de four, saler, poivrer, assaisonner d\u2019un peu d\u2019origan. Ajouter l\u2019huile \u00e0 l\u2019ail au pinceau ou \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re. Cuire environ 25 min \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, pr\u00e9parer la sauce tomate dans une casserole. Faire revenir un oignon dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, y ajouter la passata et laisser mijoter un quart d\u2019heure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les herbes: environ 2\/3 de persil et 1\/3 de menthe. Emincer les c\u00e2pres et la feta, les m\u00e9langer et y ajouter les herbes. Malaxer puis y ajouter 3 oeufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tartiner les aubergines de sauce tomate, rajouter par-dessus la p\u00e2te de feta. Pas besoin de rajouter trop de sel!
