{"id":908,"date":"2023-08-25T19:47:39","date_gmt":"2023-08-25T17:47:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spang.ch\/cook\/?p=908"},"modified":"2024-01-03T12:10:05","modified_gmt":"2024-01-03T11:10:05","slug":"croquettes-de-courgettes-a-la-menthe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spang.ch\/cook\/en\/croquettes-de-courgettes-a-la-menthe\/","title":{"rendered":"Croquettes de courgettes \u00e0 la menthe"},"content":{"rendered":"<body>\n<p><em>Pour 10 pi\u00e8ces :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 courgettes moyennes (200 g de courgettes r\u00e2p\u00e9es et \u00e9goutt\u00e9es)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 feta (75g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 feuilles de menthe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 feuilles de coriandre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cm de vert d\u2019oignon de printemps (tige)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g de petits pois surgel\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tiers cc de sel \/ 1 cc bomb\u00e9e de curry \/ 1\/2 cc de curcuma \/ 1\/2 cc cumin \/ 1\/2 cc zaatar (ou mix origan + thym) \/ 1\/2 cc thym =&gt; jouer avec les herbes et \u00e9pices!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g farine <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g chapelure + pour paner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cs huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<p>Sauce : 1 yaourt grec ou soja ou fromage blanc, 1 c\u00e0s jus de citron, 2 pinc\u00e9es ail en poudre, pinc\u00e9e de sel, quelques feuilles coriandre, menthe ou\/et ciboulette, une pinc\u00e9e de piment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e2per les courgettes avec une r\u00e2pe \u00e0 petits trous et extraire l\u2019eau au max (sans sel ni tissu). Pr\u00e9lever 200 g, ajouter le sel et m\u00e9langer. Ajouter feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e, petits pois surgel\u00e9s juste rinc\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019eau chaude, \u00e9pices, herbes cisel\u00e9es. M\u00e9langer. Ajouter farine, chapelure et huile. M\u00e9langer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former des boulettes et\/ou palets. Passer dans la chapelure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfourner 10 min \u00e0 210\u00ba, puis 5 min sous le grill au max en surveillant. Si cuisson de palets \u00e0 la po\u00eale : un fond d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale et bouger pour que \u00e7a n\u2019accroche pas.
