Faire revenir l\u2019ail dans de l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale, puis ajouter le jus de citron et laisser mijoter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 cuire dans l\u2019eau. Dans la sauce, ajouter la cr\u00e8me, le zeste de citron, le persil, le piment et assaisonner. Laisser mijoter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la p\u00e2te dans la sauce avec une tasse d\u2019eau des p\u00e2tes.
