Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez les quartiers de chou sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Badigeonnez les quartiers de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e9pic\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites r\u00f4tir au four pendant 40 minutes \u00e0 200 \u00b0C. Retournez les quartiers apr\u00e8s 20 minutes de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langez le tahini, l\u2019eau froide (ou le yogourt) et le jus de citron. Fouettez bien pour obtenir une consistance homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la sauce est trop liquide, ajoutez du tahini. Si la sauce est trop \u00e9paisse, un peu plus d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le chou r\u00f4ti, d\u00e9posez une cuill\u00e8re de sauce au tahini, les quartiers de chou sur une assiette.
