D\u00e9tachez les bouquets de brocoli, couper le pied en petit morceau. Eplucher les patates douces et les couper en lamelles. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer le lait et autant d\u2019eau dans une casserole et plongez les endives coup\u00e9es en deux, puis les autres l\u00e9gumes. Laissez cuire 10 minutes ou plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez un plat \u00e0 four. D\u00e9taillez le parmesan en copeaux. Placez les brocolis, les endives \u00e9goutt\u00e9es et les patates dans le plat. Premi\u00e8re couche, salez et poivrez. Un peu plus de cr\u00e8me et de sel sur les endives. Deuxi\u00e8me couche, on r\u00e9p\u00e8te.
