{"id":558,"date":"2021-01-03T16:49:13","date_gmt":"2021-01-03T15:49:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spang.ch\/cook\/?p=558"},"modified":"2022-11-14T12:55:33","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T11:55:33","slug":"chili-sin-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spang.ch\/cook\/en\/chili-sin-carne\/","title":{"rendered":"Chili sin carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<body>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Tortillas<\/em><\/li><li><em>Cr\u00e8me<\/em><\/li><li><em>Fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/em><\/li><li><em>Guacamole<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour le chili:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>800g de l\u00e9gumes de saisons m\u00e9lang\u00e9s -&gt; \u00e9t\u00e9: aubergine, poivron et courgette \/ hiver: rave, c\u00e9leri, courge, carotte\u2026<\/em><\/li><li><em>1 oignon<\/em><\/li><li><em>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/em><\/li><li><em>Huile d\u2019olive<\/em><\/li><li><em>800g de tomates en bo\u00eete concass\u00e9es avec leur jus (ou la m\u00eame chose de coulis de tomate)<\/em><\/li><li><em>600g de haricots rouges en bo\u00eete, rinc\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<\/em><\/li><li><em>150g de grains de ma\u00efs en bo\u00eete, \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<\/em><\/li><li><em>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment de Cayenne<\/em><\/li><li><em>Cumin, coriandre en poudre, muscade, etc<\/em><\/li><li><em>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cacao non sucr\u00e9<\/em><\/li><li><em>Une pinc\u00e9e de flocons de piment s\u00e9ch\u00e9 (facultatif)<\/em><\/li><li><em>Sel, poivre, (un peu de sucre brun, facultatif)<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<p>Couper les l\u00e9gumes en cubes. \u00c9mincer l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail. Faire chauffer un beau filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eale. Y faire revenir l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail 3 minutes. Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes et les 2 cuill\u00e8res de piment de Cayenne. Bien m\u00e9langer, laisser cuire \u00e0 feu fort environ 8 minutes en remuant souvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter l\u2019assaisonnement pour chili, le cumin en poudre, la coriandre en poudre, le piment rouge broy\u00e9, le cacao et le sucre brun. Bien m\u00e9langer et faire revenir quelques minutes. Ajouter les haricots et la tomate. Saler, poivrer. Laisser mijoter environ une heure \u00e0 feu doux.
