Ajouter le th\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecraser gingembre, poivre, cardamome et clous de girofle dans un mortier. Verser le tout dans la casserole, avec la cannelle. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser fr\u00e9mir quelques minutes pour bien infuser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le lait, m\u00e9langer et attendre que l\u2019\u00e9bullition reprenne.
