Faires bouillir les feuilles dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e pendant 3 min, puis les refroidir rapidement pour qu\u2019elles gardent leur couleur. Mixer les feuilles avec une cuill\u00e8re d\u2019huile d\u2019olives et un peu d\u2019eau de cuisson de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir une sauce onctueuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire les spaghettis dans la m\u00eame eau de cuisson que les cime di rapa, et pendant ce temps faire revenir l\u2019ail, du piment et les filets d\u2019anchois. Une fois fr\u00e9missant, ajouter le reste de cime di rapa et faire cuire pendant 3 \u00e0 4 min. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egoutter les spaghettis 2 min avant la fin de la premi\u00e8re cuisson compl\u00e8te et faire terminer la cuisson dans la po\u00eale en ajoutant petit \u00e0 petit la sauce de cime di rapa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la fin de la cuisson, servir les spaghettis et garnir avec les sardines.
