Coupe la courge en deux dans la longueur, p\u00e8le et \u00e9p\u00e9pine-la. Frotte-la avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, sale et poivre g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement.<\/p>\n<p>2. Place sur une plaque de four chemis\u00e9e de papier cuisson et enfourne-la pour 20 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit assez tendre pour l\u2019entailler facilement,<\/p>\n<p>3. Fais fondre le beurre avec le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, le vinaigre et le piment en rondelles. Retire les rondelles de piment d\u00e8s que le m\u00e9lange fr\u00e9mit et r\u00e9serve-les pour le service.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sors la courge du four et entaille-la sans la couper enti\u00e8rement sur toute la surface. \u00c9mince l\u2019\u00e9chalote. Ins\u00e8re du thym et des rondelles d\u2019\u00e9chalote dans la courge.<\/p>\n<p>5. Badigeonne avec un peu de beurre d\u2019\u00e9rable et replace au four pour 40 \u00e0 50 minutes de cuisson suppl\u00e9mentaire en badigeonnant de beurre d\u2019\u00e9rable toute les 10 minutes. Sers avec les rondelles de piment r\u00e9serv\u00e9es, un peu de noix concass\u00e9es et de la ciboulette ou autre hach\u00e9e!
