La p\u00e2te doit devenir compacte mais \u00e9lastique.<\/p>\n<p>Formez une boule de p\u00e2te puis r\u00e9servez au frais et laissez reposer 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Au dernier moment, abaissez votre p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e vegan au rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie en ajoutant un peu de farine sur votre plan de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez vous servir de cette recette vegan de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e pour r\u00e9aliser toutes vos tartes sal\u00e9es et sucr\u00e9es. Pour cela, faites pr\u00e9cuire votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 blanc 10 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th.6).<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><em>Utilisation possible:<\/em> tarte \u00e0 la poire vegan comme en photo! Recouvrir le fond de poudre d\u2019amandes (et sucre, optionnel), puis y d\u00e9poser les fruits d\u00e9coup\u00e9s, saupoudrer de sucre et de cannelle (voire plus tard de tra\u00een\u00e9es de caramel sans beurre et d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es, optionnel), puis mettre au four entre 15 et 20 min.
