M\u00e9langer\u00a0les\u00a0farines\u00a0avec\u00a0le\u00a0sel.\u00a0Ajouter\u00a0le\u00a0beurre\u00a0et\u00a0frotter\u00a0le\u00a0tout\u00a0entre\u00a0les\u00a0mains\u00a0pour\u00a0obtenir\u00a0une\u00a0masse\u00a0grumeleuse.\u00a0Ajouter\u00a0l\u2019\u0153uf\u00a0et\u00a0travailler rapidement le tout en une p\u00e2te souple. Fariner le plan de travail et abaisser la p\u00e2te (env. 35 cm de diam\u00e8tre), la d\u00e9poser sur la plaque et piquer le fond avec une fourchette. Recouvrir de papier cuisson, lester avec des l\u00e9gumineuses s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. D\u00e9couper des feuilles \u00e0 l\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce dans la p\u00e2te restante, les couvrir et les mettre au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuisson\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0blanc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire cuire env. 15 min dans le bas du four pr\u00e9-chauff\u00e9. Sortir le fond de p\u00e2te du four, retirer le papier cuisson et les l\u00e9gumineuses. Laisser refroidir sur une grille. R\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180\u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Masse\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0la\u00a0courge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire\u00a0cuire\u00a0les d\u00e9s de courge \u00e0 couvert dans l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e, bien \u00e9goutter. Mixer et laisser refroidir. Ajouter les oeufs, le sucre de canne, la cannelle, le gingembre et les clous de girofle en poudre, m\u00e9langer le tout. Incorporer le fromage frais, r\u00e9partir ce m\u00e9lange sur le fond de tarte. D\u00e9corer de feuilles d\u00e9coup\u00e9es dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuisson\u00a0finale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terminer la cuisson pendant env. 45 min.
