Mettre la viande dans une assiette creuse et ajouter l\u2019ail press\u00e9 ou r\u00e2p\u00e9 pour lui en faire prendre la saveur. Ajouter du sel puis le pain essor\u00e9 et mou. Rajouter un peu de sel et d\u2019ail. Ensuite, ajouter le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et l\u2019oeuf, bien m\u00e9langer le tout (avec les mains, c\u2019est mieux!).<\/p>\n<p>Former les boulettes (en italien: \u201cpolpette\u201d) et les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque de four couverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.
