D\u00e9poser les aubergines avec les gousses d\u2019ail (en une seule couche!) sur une plaque de four. Arroser d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, saler et poivrer. Faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019aubergine soit tendre, entre 15 et 20 min. Durant les 5 derni\u00e8res minutes, ajouter les tomates cerise coup\u00e9es en deux.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer les p\u00e2tes selon les instructions de cuisson. Grossi\u00e8rement couper les noix et les d\u00e9poser dans un bol. Hacher le basilic et l\u2019ajouter au bol avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Lorsque l\u2019aubergine est tendre, \u00f4ter les gousses d\u2019ail et les peler, hacher l\u2019ail et l\u2019ajouter aux noix et au basilic.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un la casserole des p\u00e2tes et \u00e0 feu doux, m\u00e9langer l\u2019aubergine, les p\u00e2tes, la sauce noix\/basilic, la mozzarella coup\u00e9e en cubes. D\u00e9corer avec les tomates cerise du service et quelques feuilles de basilic. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>la recette originale est sans mozzarella mais je la fais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec et \u00e7a (me) pla\u00eet bien.
