Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer en alternance la farine et le lait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser l\u2019appareil dans un moule de 30 cm chemis\u00e9 de papier sulfuris\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire environ 60 min sur la grille inf\u00e9rieure du four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Apr\u00e8s 30 min de cuisson, d\u00e9corer en posant sur la p\u00e2te quelques figues entaill\u00e9es dans la largeur et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement aplaties, en alternant avec des abricots secs.
