Couper les poreaux en fines lamelles de 12-18 cm dans le sens de la longueur. On vise une \u00e9paisseur de vermicelle de riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire mijoter les carottes dans une po\u00eale avec un fond d\u2019eau. Ajouter de l\u2019eau en cours de cuisson au besoin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assaisonner pour que le go\u00fbt fum\u00e9 soit le go\u00fbt principal, avec un fond de cumin et de paprika. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les carottes ont un peu ramolli, ajouter le poreau et continuer la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les carottes doivent \u00eatre al dente.
